Yes. There are several public parking lots located in the downtown area, including:
- *The Beach House Lot
- *The North Lot
- The North Plaza Lot
- *The Williams Lots (Large and Small)
- *The Boat Launch Lot
- The Phipps Lot
- The City Hall Lot
- The Library Lot
*These lots allow for permit parking. To obtain a downtown parking permit, please visit the Police Department located at 101 Vine Street. Downtown Employee Parking Permits are available for $10 per month or $100 per year. Regular Downtown Parking Permits are available for $20 per month or $200 per year.
There is also a free "Park and Ride" lot located on Coulee Road near the Carmichael Road intersection.
Please note that our downtown parking system has been updated. To park downtown, you may pay at any one of the black parking pay stations located throughout downtown or via your mobile phone through the Passport App. For more information, see the Parking Downtown page.

Fingerprinting for St. Croix Residents
The St. Croix County Sheriff's Office offers both electronic and/or ink fingerprinting services to citizens of St. Croix County only. Fingerprinting is performed on the first floor of the St. Croix County Government Center, near the Clerk of Courts Office, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. There is no charge for fingerprinting.

PROPERTY OWNERS (not rental units) If you need to establish new service, change service or discontinue service, you should complete the utility change form available at this link. Property owners (not rental units) may also contact Krissy Collins in the Utility Billing Department at 715-386-4765, ext. 128. A meter reading will need to be scheduled with charges calculated in order to close the account for the previous property owner. RENTAL UNITS All changes in the party responsible for the billing on rental properties must be submitted by the owner of the property in writing by using this form. For changes in ownership, a meter reading will be scheduled with charges calculated in order to close the account. The City provides a notice to the owners of rental properties of unpaid utility billings within 14 days after the due date for the bill. ALL CUSTOMERS Please include a call back number in any voice messages or email messages, so the billing staff may contact you to make certain they have all of the information they need to establish service and so they have the opportunity to explain the billing process and charges to you.

The City of Hudson mails quarterly statements for water and sewer service during the third week of the following months: January, April, July and October and are due on the 15th of the following month. If you do not receive a quarterly statement by the last day of the months noted above, please contact the Utility Billing Department at the number noted above. A regular number 10 envelope is used, with bright blue lettering indicating "UTILITY BILL ENCLOSED."
