NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BOARD OF APPEALS, CITY OF HUDSON, WISCONSIN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Appeals of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. to invite public comment in regard to the consideration of a variance application by Todd Ellingson for a request to reduce rear yard setback by 12-feet on the property of 327 Third Street, Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin also known as St. Croix County tax parcel 236-1484-00-000. The applicant is requesting a variance from Municipal Code §255-Attachment 2, Table of Dimensional Requirements, to reduce rear yard setback from 20-feet to 8-feet in order to construct a screened porch and deck as part of a new home construction.
Citizens can participate in the hearing in person at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016 or by live video or over the phone by voice.
