NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COMMON COUNCIL, CITY OF HUDSON, WISCONSIN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Common Council of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 21, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. to invite public comment in regard to the consideration of an application from St Croix Meadows, LLC to rezone Outlot 2 of Certified Survey Map 32-7152 [DOC NO. 1156949 VOL 32 PG 7152] from PCD-1, Planned Commercial Development to PRD-1, Planned Residential Development, and a Comprehensive Plan amendment from General Business to Medium Density Residential to accommodate a future single-family housing development expansion in the Park Place Village neighborhood. Citizens can participate in the hearing in person at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016, or by live video over the phone by voice.
