NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Plan Commission of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to invite public comment in regard to the consideration of a conditional use permit for St Croix Laundromat to operate a mixed use laundromat and café/bar in a B-2, General Business district, at 900 Industrial Street, Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. Citizens can participate in the hearing in person at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016 or by live video or over the phone by voice.
