NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLAN COMMISSION & COMMON COUNCIL, CITY OF HUDSON, WISCONSIN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Hudson Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to invite public comment on a conditional use permit application submitted by The Doran Group to amend the Master Plan of Planned Residential District - Carmichael Ridge, in regard to Tax Parcel 236-2001-02-040, Hudson, Wisconsin 54016. Additionally, the City of Hudson Common Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to invite public comment on a rezoning application submitted by The Doran Group to rezone the same property from R-1, Single Family Residential to RM-2, Multiple Family Residential. No land use map amendments are proposed for the existing Medium Density Residential designation. Citizens can participate in either hearing in person at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016 or by live video or over the phone by voice.
