NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Hudson Common Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to invite public comment on a property rezoning application submitted by Divine Custom Homes, Inc. in regard to PID #236-2046-01-000, also known as Lot 1 of Heritage Boulevard, Hudson, Wisconsin 54016. The proposal is to retain the zoning district of PRD-2 but change the comprehensive plan land use map designation from Neighborhood Commercial to Medium Density Residential. Citizens can participate in the hearing in person at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016 or by live video or over the phone by voice.
