NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Plan Commission of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 6th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to invite public comment in regard to the consideration of a conditional use permit for Divine Custom Homes to amend the Master Plan of Park Place Village to allow a change in residential density for the northeasterly quadrant along Sharon Lane, Hudson, St. Croix County Wisconsin, from eight (8) rowhome dwelling units to four (4) single family dwellings. Citizens can participate in the hearing in person at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016 or by live video or over the phone by voice.
