NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COMMON COUNCIL, CITY OF HUDSON, WISCONSIN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Hudson Common Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, December 2, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. to invite public comment on a property rezoning application submitted by Greg Nelson to rezone 807/811 Wisconsin Street, Hudson, Wisconsin 54016 from R-1, Single Family Residential to R-2, Two Family Residential. No comprehensive plan land use amendments are proposed for the existing Single- and Two-Family designation. Citizens can participate in the hearing in person at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016 or by live video or over the phone by voice.
