As part of the 3rd St hill project, cement barriers will be installed on Coulee Road across from Casanova Liquor to prevent debris from entering the roadway while work is being done. This will also close off the sidewalk from pedestrian traffic while the project is under construction. The installation of the barriers will begin at 7 a.m. tomorrow, Thursday, April 27th and traffic will be restricted to one lane with flaggers directing traffic.
