This week (week of June 1st):

  • Front Street to Coulee Road:
    • Grading for roadway pavement construction and restoration of the parking lot at Leverty Financial building
    • Continue to work on concrete bases, wiring, pull boxes, etc. for a new signal at Coulee Road intersection
  • Coulee Road to Vine Street:
    • Complete concrete sidewalk work on the west side of the road with the exception of the southwest corner of the Locust Street intersection and the driveway to Riverfront Center
    • Excavate and grade southwest corner of Locust Street intersection for concrete sidewalk installation
  • Vine Street to Lake Mallalieu
    • Construct water and sanitary sewer services between Myrtle Street and St Croix Street
    • Construct storm sewer between Myrtle Street and St Croix Street, including at both intersections
    • Potentially begin water and/or sanitary sewer main work between St Croix Street and Division Street
  • North Hudson
    • Continue with water and sanitary sewer services and storm sewer construction between Monroe Street and Michaelson Street

 

Next week (week of June 7th):

  • Front Street to Coulee Road:
    • Finish grading work
    • Pour concrete curb and pavement near the wastewater treatment plant.
  • Coulee Road to Vine Street:
    • Finish southwest corner of Locust Street intersection
    • Begin lighting work on the east side of the street
  • Vine Street to Lake Mallalieu:
    • Water and/or sanitary sewer mains from St Croix Street to Division Street
    • Grading and potential curb and/or sidewalk work between Myrtle Street and Division Street
  • North Hudson:
    • Potentially begin water and/or sanitary sewer work between Michaelson Street and Sommers Street (to be determined based on conversations with the Village)
    • Grading and potentially curb work between Monroe Street and Michaelson Street
