NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BOARD OF APPEALS, CITY OF HUDSON, WISCONSIN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Appeals of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to invite public comment in regard to the consideration of a variance application by Inspiration Point LLC for two variance requests as follows: (1) a request to reduce the front yard setback on proposed Lot 2 from 30 feet to 8.7 feet (City of Code §255-Attachment 2) and (2) a request to reduce the rear yard setback on proposed Lot 1 from 35-ft to 11.3-ft (City of Hudson Code §255-Attachment 2) in a R-1, One Family Residential zoning district at the property of 739 Eleventh Street, Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin also known as St. Croix County tax parcels 236-0443-00-000 and 236-0464-00-000.
Citizens can participate in the hearing in person at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016 or by live video or over the phone by voice.
