NOTICE OF HEARING AND RESOLUTION TO VACATE/DISCONTINUE A PORTION OF UNDEVELOPED RIGHT OF WAY FOR THIRD STREET AND UNDEVELOPED ALLEY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held at the Council Chambers at City Hall, 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI 54016, on Monday, March 3, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering and taking action on the Resolution 01-25 which was introduced at a meeting of the Common Council of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin, on January 21, 2025. The proposed area to be vacated is a 4,166 square feet of undeveloped Third Street right-of-way directly south of the railroad property between 227 Pine Street and 303 Pine Street. The 296 square feet of undeveloped alleyway east of 303 Pine Street is also proposed to be vacated. A copy of proposed Resolution 01-25 and a map depicting the area proposed to be vacated and discontinued may be obtained from or viewed at the Front Desk of City Hall, 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI 54016.
