Board of Review

Upon completion of the annual property assessment roll, the Board of Review considers appeals from City property owners concerning the assessed value of individual properties, pursuant to regulations and guidelines outlined in Wisconsin Statutes. Appeal guides can be found at the following links:

Meetings

  • A meeting will be held annually for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the 30-day period beginning on the 2nd Monday of May and as scheduled upon completion of the assessment roll.
