City Clerk

The City Clerk's duties include: 

  • Serving as the official custodian of city records
  • Being responsible for issuing numerous types of licenses or permits
  • Administering Elections
  • Maintaining the City Seal and Municipal Code 
  • Serving as a member of the Municipal Board of Review
  • Preparing the minutes of City Council meetings.
  • Drafting the City Council agendas and preparing agenda packets.
