Reservations are no longer being taken for the 2020 season.
Online reservations must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the requested date.
Fees must be paid within ten (10) days of the date that the reservation request was approved. Fees can be paid in cash or by check made payable to the City of Hudson. Fees not paid in a timely manner will cause the reservation to be canceled and the facility open to others.

Small pavilion rentals are not entitled to any cancellation refund.
Large pavilion rentals are entitled to a full refund, less a $40 cancellation fee if canceled at least fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation. Cancellations made with less than fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation are not eligible for the refund.
