How to Make a Payment
Option 1: Pay Online (Credit Card, Debit Card or Electronic Check)
Register to make a payment through our secure payment processor, PSN. You can make a one-time payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill or a fixed amount up to $300.00 per transaction. You can also print PSN payment receipts, view your bills, change how you pay, cancel Auto-Payments and much more, instantaneously. Never be late and have late fees assessed. A payment posts the day you make it. Once you register, it's a 3-step process after that. There is a third-party convenience fee of $3.30 per transaction for this service.
Option 2: Pay by Phone (Credit Card, Debit Card or Electronic Check)
You can call 1-877-885-7968 to pay with a credit card, debit card of checking/savings payment up to $300.00 per transaction. Make sure you have your utility bill to provide your customer number and ZIP code. There is a third-party convenience fee of $6.25 per transaction for this service.
